Thanks for the tag Belle, I must admit I got a little bit of a second wind in trying to blog more frequently as well. I'm not sure why but I suspect to get a bit of focus in my life.
In the past few weeks I've had a lot happen, we recently purchased a new condo... so with that came a move, we just finished moving last weekend. I've also accepted a new position as a Sr. UI Developer as JumpTV. This after working at my company for seven years, so it's going to be quite a change for me. I've also had a bit of an incident playing basketball and I've been seeing dentist left and right trying to figure out how to fix my teeth for less then 10,000... but that's here or there.
So back to the subject at hand... why do I blog. As you can see I don't blog much but I hope I can change this.
Organize My Thoughts
Until recently I've been blogging for both my environmental website and this one here specifically with money in my mind. And really just few days ago I decided that my personal blog will be truly what I want to write about... whatever it is, just the way I think of things. I'm not a writer or a great speller but I tend to put things down on paper just as I think them... so I'm hoping that by blogging on my site I can organize my thoughts a little and get some order back in my life. I have many ideas for projects and so forth but its hard to move an inch in the right direction when your mind is a mess.

I've spent weeks... and I really mean weeks over the past year just reading... digital point forums, shoemoney, books.. I love knowledge, I think someone else's experience is very valuable so every chance I get I try and learn from other's experiences. However, there is nothing like your own experience, there is always some twist to the latest technique you tried and how it worked for you.. so I want to get my last year of my life on "paper" and share it with the world... there is so much to making money online that unless you're dedicated you will not master it. I also think there is a big missconception from the general public that if you make money online it must be easy work and you're just counting the money, which couldn't be further from the truth.
Engaging the Community
I love hearing back from people about my thoughts about certain things. So I hope that in the future I'll be able to discuss some of these topics I cover here with the online community. You also become a better writer when people point out certain mistakes you might publish... you become a better blogger.
Content
I'm not going to beat around the bush... content is king... and I hope that over the next year or two I can bring this blog to a large community while making some money at it. In order to that you need content, good content and there isn't any better content then your own life experiences. I feel that as long as you work hard and really do give your best you will succeed.. and along the way develop a great story to tell. So this is mine.
Share Ideas
I'm constantly thinking, always coming up with ideas for websites or products, or whatever I can think of that can make people's lives better. So I thought I would share those with the net... if anything I want to leave a little blip in history that I can say I thought of that way back when... I'm sure most of you realize you cannot do everything that you think of... well maybe you can if you have a very narrow imagination. However my head is filled with ideas and really there is so many that I just don't have the time to try to work on all of them... it's a good problem to have and when I know that I wont' be able to work on a certain project I'll post an idea here and maybe someone else can benefit from it.
Anyway so that's it, it's almost 1am here so I'm putting my laptop down, here is the next five tags...
